Cross-connecting equipment of the type UCS

The family of articles UCS (Universal Of connection Of system, the universal system of connection) is the reliable, rapid and simple before the application system of the cross-connecting connections of conductors. The arrangement of each fitted contact inside the plastic housing of the skirting, which has guide slots, ensures convenience in computation and connection of conductors to the skirting. 1. INTRODUCTION
The family of skirtings UCS (universal system of connection) is the reliable, rapid and simple before the application system of the cross-connecting connections of conductors.
Special features of contact IDC

Technology of the contact connection
The basis of the unit of connection are the contacts, which have contact edges located at angle of 45° with respect to the axis of vein, and insulating protrusions. The isolation of conductor is cut through with the press-fitting of conductor beside the contact cut with the aid of the erecting tool, and the isolation of conductor is pressed between the formed plastic protrusions. As a result slotting by the contact edges of isolation and constant action of torsional forces are formed two stationary, gas-impermeable contact of surface. Insulating protrusions reliably fix conductor across both sides relative to contact connection, so that connection cannot be disrupted as a result mechanical actions. Through connection is performed by forming one contact connection on the cable side (a) of skirting and another - on the cross-connection side ([a]') of skirting. |
