[PoliKom]®-740 is intended for:
  • the redundancy of the lines of communications (redundancy of the flows Of [e]1 (G.703));
  • operational control besides the flows Of [e]1 (G.703) on the remote points (commutation);
  • the construction of telecommunication networks with the complex topology;
  • the checking of the state of the lines of communications and recording contingency situations before the process of operation;
  • switching circuits based on the time parameters.

The pair of such devices allows by itself the ideal solution for the automatic redundancy to 4 circuits E1 (G.703).



[PoliKom]®-740, equipment of the redundancy

Equipment Of [poliKom]®-740 works before the regime redundancy 1+1:

On the transmitting entry side flow is executed in parallel down two identical equivalent signals. On the receiving side two entering signals are compared past the quality. The criteria of switching are LOS, AIS, ES (SES). Signal with the best quality automatically is commutated down the outgoing joint E1. The basic circuit, assigned operator, is selected with the equal qualities of signals. Switching circuits is produced before the time interval not more than two clock intervals of flow E1 (G.703), i.e., without the loss of connection.

The special features of this equipment are:

  • switching circuits before the time interval is not more than two clock intervals of the signal Of [e]1, i.e., without the loss of connection;
  • the renovation of built-in software based on usual PK;
  • organization from 1 to 4 independent switches before one [konstruktive];
  • control on SNMP or according to joint RS-232 (possibly through LAN or Internet);
  • the periodical of events before the energy-independent memory, which stores date, time and the nature of event;
  • mapping the current state by single indicators, notification about the emergency by sound signal and by means of the stand signaling (“dry contacts”);
  • control capability besides the local and remote equipment.

Control besides equipment is accomplished on one of two joints:

  • joint F (RS-232) with the use of any standard ANSI - terminal;
  • joint Q (Ethernet 10/100 Base- T) on the protocol SNMP of v.1.0, with the use of any SNMP of manager.

[PoliKom]®-740 allows wide control capabilities with the aid of PK:
  • monitoring the local and remote equipment before the regime of real time;
  • the reconfiguration of the local and remote equipment (including the installation of trains);
  • the survey of the periodical of the occurred events on the local and remote equipment.

The interfaces of equipment correspond to the standards [MSE]- T Of g.703, G.775.
