Devices of the cable connections (УКС)

The device of cable connections (УКС) is developed in accordance with the general technical requirements “equipment cable terminal”, affirmed of 06.06.2000[g]. By first deputy minister of connection of the Russian Federation for connection and information theory.

[UKS] relates down the class of the terminal cable equipment of the networks of the wire communication of the utilized in the sections user access, which ensures the functioning of the equipment for the digital packing of customer's lines (DSL).

The frequency range of use - to 2048 kHz.

[UKS] ensures resistance to the action of the following factors of environment: solar radiation, rain (with intensity to 3 mm/min), wind (with a speed of up to 50 m/s), hoarfrost and dew, fog, dust, the industrial atmosphere.

Before the construction [UKS] are used single-pair connectors of the type [MKH]2000 (firm [ZM]) and VX- MD (Raychem), which ensure fulfilling requirements Ott about the electrical characteristics.

The device of cable connections (УКС) is intended for the commutation to the distribution network of the closely spaced, but territorially distributed subscribers (as a rule, private sector), user installation to the latter can lay both before ground and on the supports (of stand) airlines of communications. Such, protected based on the external dangerous influences, [UKS] must commutate the chains of the distributive section of customer's line with the diameters of the current-conducting veins (0.32 0.7) mm with the chains of user installation with the diameter of the current-conducting veins (0.8 - 1.2) mm.

Used on the network [UKS] they must have a protective system on the stress, which prevents the expensive equipment of the subscriber: digital sealer, computer, facsimile apparatus and other from the possible defeat by the sources of dangerous external influences (discharge of thunderstorm, [LEP] and others).
