Device ensures the transparent conversion between the signals with the different wavelengths (850, 1310, 1550 nm) and the types of optical fiber (multimode, one-mode fiber, single-fiber performance) at frequencies to 2,5 GHz.
MS-100- S can be used for the regeneration of signal at the point of an increase in the range between two optics or gives the possibility of organizing interaction between the devices with the different types of optical interfaces and wavelengths.
Converter structurally consists of two channels, which accomplish transparent transmission of information. The first channel accomplishes a transfer from the first transmitter to the second receiver, and second channel from the second transmitter to the first receiver. The transfer of signal is accomplished only with the condition of the integrity of circuit, i.e., with the condition of the reception of the transferred signal. The indication of received signal is produced based on the indications of light-emitting diode indicator beyond the front surface of device.
