TM -4 is the outstanding solution for the rapid and inexpensive assignment of the services of the chosen line E1 due to the urban conditions, where are required the rapid recovery of investments, reliable service with the limited investments. Because of the effective use of a general copper pair, the operators and service providers can rapidly enlarge the region of the assignment of services E1, almost completely covering intra-urban zone without the additional expenditures for infrastructure.

TM -4 uses possibilities of the existing telephone lines for the transport E1 down the short distances, with the fact that the alternatives, such as the optical, or wireless transport very of road, and their installation is complex, lasting, and sometimes also it is impossible.
