Electrical power supply devices of the production of company THE SOURCE

The family of the sources of the uninterrupted electric power supply (ИБЭП) of company SOURCE was supplemented by a new series. These are the sources of uninterrupted electric power supply with microprocessor control. The development of the most optimal solution for the electric power supply of telecommunication equipment was the result of a constant collaboration for the sake of the operators of connection. The fulfillment of the projects by assignment of defense enterprises made it possible to raise quality level of the serially produced articles. Average life [IBEP] is not less than 20 years. The use of the contemporary solutions before the circuit design and the large experience of development and production of sources guarantees the high quality of our production. This makes it possible to give the guarantee of 2 years down the equipment for our production. Production has the certificate of the system of certification “connection” of Ministry of the Russian Federation about the connection and [informatizatsii].
The modular construction of sources ensures maximum convenience and savings of budget for the customer because of the possibility to select the most optimum model as far as power from 200 W. to 256 kW. The hot replacement of modules and redundancy guarantee uninterrupted nourishment even before the special situations.

Source achieves an automatic check of the state of batteries and has several regimes of the charge of the battery: safe mode, the buffer, accelerated, forced, leveling charge. But the discharge of batteries also is controlled by direct current before the following regimes: discharge on the average current of groups AB; discharge on the minimum current from the groups AB. Furthermore, source can work without the storage batteries. The extended range of input voltage from 90 to 300[V] reduces the number of cycles of the charge-discharge of storage batteries and increases the period of their service. Optionally down the batteries the group of supers-capacitor in parallel is connected (ionistors). This substantially increases the period of the service of battery, including over the period guaranteed by producer.

Remote monitoring and control makes it possible to operationally control the work of source from the central terminal. The project of the service of the global monitoring of state [IBEP] from the central office of company “SOURCE” will make it possible to operationally control the work of equipment by the professionals of company. In the case of special situation down the call the maintenance crew, which produces the replacement of the malfunctioned module, reacts.

High degree of reliability, automatic content of batteries and remote control make it possible to fully automate the electric power supply of the remote objects of connection and to reduce the need at the point of the service personnel and a quantity of departures of maintenance crews. Increased efficiency 92% in comparison with the obsolete equipment considerably decreases expenditures for electric power. Sources optionally can be equipped for the sake of recuperator. This substantially decreases the consumption of electric power, especially with the endurance tests of powerful devices.

Sources of small power for urban and rural ATS.

 

The sources of small power are intended for the electric power supply by the direct current of 48[V] and 60[V] of institutional ATS and small ATS, radio-relay stations, equipment of user packing, equipment DSL, optical linear circuits, multiplexers, concentrators, repeaters, micro-honeycomb stations, modems, systems of user radio-access, points of presence (POP) and other telecommunication equipment. Equipment has modular architecture and it makes it possible to increase power to 1675 W with the use of 5 modules 335 W.

            The sources of small power are intended for the electric power supply by the direct current + -24[V], + -12[V] of the critical sections of guarding- fire signaling, systems of the inspection of access, of life-support system, systems of industrial automation, for which is important the trouble-free operation for a prolonged time. Source has modular architecture and allows the redundancy of n+1 and n+2. in the case of failure of one module rest they continue work with the increased load.

Source is let out before 2 types of housing - crate 3U for the installation beside counter 19” and before table model. Equipment has modular architecture and it makes it possible to increase power to 1250 W. with the use of 5 modules 250 W.

Sources of average and large power for the communication systems.

The sources of average and large power are intended for the electric power supply of powerful railroad junctions, urban ATS, radio communication and honeycomb connection. Systems have modular construction and are built on the base of the rectifiers of 2700[Vt]. The power of system can reach 37,8[kVt] with the use of 14 modules on 2700[Vt]. Maximum power - 172,8[kVt]. Therefore it is possible to smoothly increase power if necessary.

Controller supports remote control according to Ethernet and it can control input and output voltage, power, capacity of battery groups, temperature of batteries and other parameters. Optionally is supported notification during the smoke content of accomodation, the penetration beside the accomodation.

The controller of user provides control of the state of automatic output switches and governs turning off of the contactors of users to 12 pieces.

High efficiency to 93% guarantees the additional saving of electric power.

Frontal access and possibility of the hot replacement of modules guarantees convenience in the operation. Mean time to failure is 200000 h.
